Our programme spans eight weeks of guided coaching. Each session builds on the last, moving from understanding to design to independence. You're not passive—you're actively building your own knowledge and capability.
Session 1–2: Discover your rhythm. What does your energy actually look like? We map your natural peaks, dips, and patterns without judgment.
Session 3–4: Design routines. Based on your rhythm, we build simple, realistic daily routines for morning activation, midday sustenance, and evening transition.
Session 5–6: Test and refine. You're living the routines now. We adjust based on what's working, what's not, and what real life throws at you.
Session 7–8: Independencebuilding. You understand your rhythm. You've tested routines. Now we ensure you have tools to maintain and adapt them yourself, long-term.
We don't promise energy transformation in 7 days. Sustainable habits take weeks. We're honest about that and build accordingly.
